New Script and Update

I posted a new script today for a full length comic, it’s the first issue of a series called Damned. Damned takes place in a world where all monsters and legends are real, and running around in modern times. It focuses on Elizabeth Harper, a private occult detective who was bonded to the soul of a demon at a young age. You can check out the full script at this page.

We are finishing up work on Lucid, so that should be published within the next couple of months. Meanwhile, Dan is working very hard on the second issue of The Empty Grave, which should be out at the end of the year. Plus, Abigail the Astounding & the still-untitled-cause-I-am-the-worst vegetable comic are both gearing up with two super awesome artists working on it. So there’s a lot going on. Also, I’m writing a graphic novel this summer (very exciting) that is going to be brilliant, and I’m going to be retooling Drones to get it ready to go into production this winter. So lots of exciting things coming up on the horizon! Stay tuned!

2 New Scripts Up: DinoSword & First Date

I have two new comic book scripts posted on the website, both of them are pretty short (6 & 5 pages respectively). I’ve done a lot of writing recently, I wrote my first short story in a long time recently and I am getting closer to finishing the last issue of the Empty Grave series, plusĀ I’ll be starting on my graphic novel shortly.

The first script that I’ve posted is DinoSword, a 6 page sword & sorcery story about Prince Anu who was changed into a half man/half dinosaur. He and his companions are working their way across their ancient land to destroy the evil witch responsible for their curse and free their people from her rule.

The second one is a short comic that I wrote the other afternoon called First Date. In it, a Superman/Lois Lane type couple go on a date. It’s kind of a simple love story, with a standard “Warwick Johnson” ending.
